They never sent anything I won. It has been a year now and I have not received any of the items I won. I contacted them numerous times and was first told there was a delay of a few weeks. After waiting another few months I contacted them again and got a long explanation of business difficulties they were fixing and an apology and another promise they would send the items (they were just gift cards!). After several more months I contacted them again and asked for a refund for the bids I had purchased. That time I got no response.
