I won an item in December and also bought some stuff for a total combination of 5 items. After waiting in the mail for two months I got an email saying their supplier didn't fulfill the orders so they refunded my orders in the form of "bids" so they gave me this bids but after about 2 weeks those bids in my account are gone and I have never used them. I contacted them for an explanation but no response.
