My 84 year old mother was stuck in her apartment all afternoon today, 3/20, waiting for a Time Warner technician. The appt. Had been made between 2-5 pm.
The cable box was upgraded last week and programmed incorrectly. So we scheduled another tech visit today.
The guy never showed.
I'll be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office/Consumer Affairs Division.
