This is the worst experience I have had ordering online. Yeah it was easy because I did not have to go into the store to deal with Walmarts Rude employees. I ordered four items online. A psp console, two games, and a psp starter kit. That was only suppose to take two weeks. I got the psp console first that had already been opened. The two games next already opened, and i never received the psp starter kit. A week later someone emailed me and said it was a little behind that I would get it in a couple of days. Never did. A day later I received an email saying they would refund me my money for the starter kit, that is no longer available online. Like I said this was my first and my last. So now I have a Christmas gift for my son thats missing some if the items that he wanted. Customer service kept contacting me with information that was not helpful to me or me getting my son's starter kit. They refunded the ten dollars but it was only ten dollars because i purchased it as a bundle package. I am highly upset and do not suggest this online ordering to anyone. After i told them in a email i did not want them to fefund my money ten dollars that i wanted the product i been totally ignored. Sheir. [email protected]
