At 3:22 A.M. Our home phone rang scaring me and my husband. I jumped up to answer it and they hung up on me.in the process though it woke up my 3 yr old and my 14 month old. This should not be happening. There should be limitations as to when they can call people. I looked at my caller ID this morning and tried to call the number back but receive no answer.
