This is a copy of the email that I just sent to them via their website "Terms and Condions" page "contact us" link. Where is my refund of $30 that was debited from my bank account "unauthorized" on Sept. 30, I immediately called your customer serviice dept. And I was told that my account would be credited the $30 within 3-7 business days. Till today no credit showing in my account. Please remember that no services were received that would justify any charge for your sevices.
