Instead of a $182 pair of Stuart Weitzman boots that I ordered, the company sent a Toy Story tote bag. The arrogance of the seller is astounding: he actually listed the value as $1 on the customs form. Paypal said they had many complaints about this seller. I am currently trying to get a refund. The seller requested return of his goods and the postage for that was $23. Paypal will not refund the return postage. Given the number of complaints, why does Paypal allow this seller to continue?
