Dear FCC and To Whom It May Concern:
In Reference to Disney episode "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody: Not So Sweet 16"
This episode aired tonight, Monday November 1, and as I was watching this show for the mere first 10 minutes, this show was incredibly offensive. This is a Disney childrens show sending very explicit suggestions and messages that are inappropriate, and racy to young viewers under the age of 18. The actors/characters in this show are playing young children whether they are over 18 years of age or not. The script is highly inappropriate for them.
This show promotes you must be rich to be liked, be popular and be beautiful. Maddy gets called a "fatty" and refers to her always dressing poor. Zach and Cody discuss thinking of London in an extremely sexual manner, referring to "looking at her and thinking about *the talk* with their father." Zach and Cody also refer to a present they want to get London for her party, a tea set, in which they cannot afford, so they say "crime" is the only way to achieve it, as in stealing it. This show is unacceptable and the messages Disney is sending young viewers is unacceptable. It's promoting crime, sexual manner to children and money.
My request to you is to pull this episode from your listings and review all episodes of this television cable show before airing and refrain from airing unsuitable underage content to our viewers.
