I bought a dress from this co. I ordered 2 sizes bigger. The dress was to small and the color was off. I returned the package the very next day to the sender on the package. A Nancy Tian from this co.in Hong Kong. She claims to have not receive the package and I should track it. Well I did and the post office worker informed me that once the package leaves the USA the package becomes untrackable in that country. Hong Kong has a law that they are not required to track packages. So this woman tells me that I sent the package to a wrong address and the pasckage is lost. Like why even put that address on the package to complicate things? Ever since we've beem back and forth talking on computer. Lots of stalling for a refund. And according to them the dress is lost. I was deceived by this co. To use a false address is very cunning. At the end of the day they seem like they really don't care to find a solution. The USA needs to stop these companies from ripping off Americans. The more they get away with it the more they will continue this dispicable fraud action. There are to many consumers going thru the same thing. We need to stop the overseas fraud. Can we form a giant lawsuit against them?
