Nue Science promises a 30 day money back guarantee on products they send for a trial period of 18 calendar days, from the date your order is placed. It took the company 10 business days to mail my order via UPS.By the time I got my order I had 4 days in which to try the product, which is hardly a sufficient period of time to judge the effectiveness of the products. I attempted to call customer service several times, to ask them to cancel my shipments. I got a recording saying the office was closed and no messages could be left. Contrary to the hours posted in their terms and conditions clauses of the contract, when I finally reached the call center today, I was told it was opened only 9-6 pm Monday through Friday, not 7-9 pm EST or on Saturdays 10-6pm. I told the representative I wanted to cancel my trial and future shipments. She told me she would do that and credit my account for half of the initial charge and that I could keep the product. She explained that this was the best option as I would only have a few days to return the procuct and that it would take the company quite some time to reimburse me, Additionally, she said I would be responsible for return shipping fees. She kept me on the phone for half an hour and convinced me to keep the product for half price and that she'd credit my card back the $49.08. She said she'd cancel my account.
