I ordered the product with the 15-day free trial. After 14 days I tried to cancel but the office was closed and so I was not able to cancel wit in the 15 days. They auto-shipped me a 30-days supply and I wanted to return the product for refund. They kept stonewalling me for the next 6 days. Sending me e-mails telling me that I did not cancel on time and that I should have read their terms and conditions. But the company gives a 15-days satisfaction guarantee on all shipments!!! Then after the 6th day, they offered me a half refund. What a joke! During this time I've called the customer service department 5 times. Got hung up once and rest of the time, they just tell me that they can't assist me. Then what is the customer service department for if not to help the customer??? I advised them to re-read their own return and exchange policy and finally someone with some sense gave me the RMA # needed to return the product for a refund. What a horrible company to do business with. I did some research, ladies and gens, you can get a similar product in health food stores or in your local GNC stores. Don't need to pay 90.00 a month and the hassle.
