I signed up for a 'free trial' and now find I am a 'member'. I have just telephoned this company and was told there was a 14 day trial period after which I was billed. I am told that they do not accept returns (the product is unused having only arrived a few days ago) and they would not give me a return address. Nor would thay agree to refund the (unauthorised) deduction from my credit card.
