On August 24th, I agreed to a free trial sample of Juveneu for $1.96. I did not hear anything further until approximately 1 week ago when the sample arrived. On opening the package, I was surprised to find a full size bottle of product but no paperwork etc. I have since received my credit card a/c and discovered that Juveneu has withdrawn money from my account on the 8th September of $82.72, well before I ever received my 'free trial'. On looking them up on the web and contacting them, the operator said that you have to let them know within 14 days of ordering if you are not happy with it? Even though you have not received the product, any paperwork or contact numbers. I instructed them that they were NOT permitted to remove any further money from my account nor to send me any further product. The woman I spoke to offered me a 50% reduction on further purchases and 3 bottles (probably at the reduced price) but informed her that I would not purchase from a fraudulent company like them. I asked for a return number for the goods - was told that it was after the 14 day period but gave me a cancellation number on future orders that are already scheduled.
