Orange Lake Country Club tells nothing but lies. Even in their contract they do not even follow it for in my 2002 contract my wife and could not use our unit until we closed in but yet in 2003 they charged us for maintenance fee for something that was not finished being build. Also in my contract it stated that if they do not provide a copy of the title insurance within a reasonable time after closing they were to refund ALL FUNDS and that purchasers are no longer under contract. Well guess what they never obeyed their own contract.
In I paid a maintenance fee which was lost in the mail, thus I placed a stop payment on the check and replaced it. Their personnel put the payment not in the maintenance but the mortgage account. When they discovered what happen they send a letter to the centralFloridaBBB making the claim that they will correct I and my wife's credit report and correct our account was a lie for they never did. They even claimed that the STOP PAYMENT check was a NSF check until I filed a complaint with the FLA AGO, then they changed their words to their bank charged them for the full amount of the STOP PAYMENT check.
