When I upgraded my car I payed for full Insurance, when I got to sandford I was told all I had was a voucher, and I could not have the car untill I payed for the Insurance, I am A single dad disabled and with 2 tired kids 8 and 6, moaning hot and needed sleep after 10 hour flight flat battery on my phone, I was stuck so I had to pay, my debit card would not work so I had to pay cash, I spoke to my holiday company and they told me I had full Insurance and I was scamed, please help many thanks T smith.
