Charged for merchandise I did not recieve!

On Cyber Monday, I took a chance at online deals and placed several web orders with Sears. I later recieved emails to my military email account indicating that the items were out of stock. I went to a local Sears and was able to purchase several of the items I initially ordered on Cyber Monday, but 2 days later, one of the items I was told from the website that was out of stock, ended up at my residence. I have made over 15 calls to various Sears online departments and despite many efforts to get a credit for the items I was charged for yet never recieved; I have yet to recieve my refund or accunt credit. I am in the process of trying to have my bank recoup the funds Sears charged my credit card, but I am totally furious that a company that claims to support the military, would do this to a veteran and an innocent consumer. If I could sew them, I would. Can someone help me get this resolved??
