Downloaded a program from firstload.com to download files (supposedly for free) and found it had changed all the file types for my audio files, inserted viruses into them all and the program was full of viruses as well. Had to restore Widows to get rid of them. They also have a scam where you put your credit card details in and they assure you that no money will be deducted from your bank account. However, the homepage (not the page you join up on) has some fine print that says if you don't cancel your sub in the 2 week trial period, they'll bill you for a subscription automatically. Same scam I got burnt on a few years ago with Ancestry.com. So I cancelled it and hopefully no billing will occur.
