Couldn't stop the viruses — couldn't access my computer files —had a pop up from Microsoft (or so I thought) saying that I needed to download this update to fix problem before the viruses destroyed all my files! I ordered and downloaded files - then the bill comes and I had to google who it was and found out I was scammed!!!
