I have dealt with plenty of companies with unprofessional sales reps and customer service people who just stick to the script. I've had to call Bose twice regarding issues with earbuds but was more than happy with the service they provided on both occasions. Their professionalism and friendly nature (not to mention their willingness to go out of their way to help me out) was pretty refreshing. To this day I have yet to find any company with better customer service than Bose, and that's what keeps me coming back and ordering from them again and again.
