I purchased earbuds and they broke and will not replace product or refund money Framingham Massachusetts

Contacted Patrick Callahan at Bose Support, due to the fact that I spent $99 on a pair of Bose Earbuds in Nov 08. The ear piece fell apart, I placed it back on and it kept falling off, until I finally lost the ear piece. I tried at first to just get a replacement part, but to no success. Then I decided they should replace the whole item or refund my money. I have copies of all email correspondence, including pictures. Finally they have just stopped all correspondence with me. I don't even want my money back, all I want is a new pair of earphones.
