I purchased a $2,400.00 “suppose to be leather” recliners and love seat july 22. Was told by the salesman that this was pet friendly. Well not only does it scratch and shows scratches, the arm rest cushions is already deflated and you can feel the wood under it. When the technician came out to my house on sept 27 he told i can unzip the covers and re-stuff the arms. Excuse me i just purchased this in july and in late sept your telling me i have to re-stuff my arms. Today oct 4 the manager of the store said they wont do anything about the scratches from the dogs. I had cheaper furniture made of polyurethane leather set for 4 years and not once did a scratch mark show on that furniture. I am sure if i purchase the extended warranty then they would have taken care of it. The issue is the quality of the "leather" or the fact that it is not leather but either way dogs jumping on a couch should not leave scratch marks.
Want a full refund at this point since they have proven to be untrustworthy with lying salesmen, lack of concern or support of their products quality. They promote made in the USA but I doubt that now. All I know is with the cooperation and lines of procrastinating they are trustworthy of doing business with me. If they would have attempted to fix it then I would reconsider but they made their position clear and I want a full refund!!!
Complaints which indicates this company and this store has had problems before, I also reviewed others comments and they are not favorable. This store needs to be closed for consumer fraud!!!
