I purchased a pair of UGG boots from this site and have never recived them. I did however receive an email from a company called sitecomplaint -http://www.sitecomplaint.com/home/index.html - stating my purchase ID, tracking number, order number and Merchant ID of the company. I emailed them to complain and they do not respond. Total scam!!
