We started to rent this place in Januarry of 2011. First, we have to paid for application fee and put down deposit amount of $ 250.00. We made all the payment on time. We decided to move out at the end 0f August. We noticed them a month in advance. I (Sarinah) went to their office and asked for the information to clean up the appartment for the full refund back. I was told by Christy that work there said that we don't have to take care of the carpet because originally that carpet is already had some problem concrete under the carpet made it smell worst. That's why after all we decided to move out. They charged us about $ 75 for carpet cleaning. We also spent our time to clean the appartment for one day and they said that it need more further cleaning which is not fair for us. The condition of the appartment was already old. They charged us another fee for cleaning again. They said the amount that they refunded for me around $ 110.90 and the check sent out on 9/14 but I never recieved that check. I'm keep calling them every time and now I have not recieved my check. They said that they would charge me another $ 35 for another check fee. This is verey rediculous because the check is never come to me and I never see how it look like and I also called them on the 19th of September and the week after that. They said if you don't receive the check call back next week. I keep repeated until now they said if they have to make another check will charge me $ 35. I think this is a ripoff from the beginning until now. What can I do to change the way their customer service to make it better business for everyone.
