Saw the commercial on TV. Advertising was for $19.99 get one and a second one free with $7.99 shipping. Ordered a spice rack on Saturday, September 28th. Received a confirmation for $94.11 (shipping alone was $32.00!!!
I tried calling the Swivel Store – no answer. Apparently they’re closed on weekends. Finally I got in touch with the fist human on Monday morning – she hung-up on me after saying that the product has been shipped and there is nothing they can do to refund the $. I called back again, she hung-up on me again! I called for the third time another woman (Lorry) answered and recommended to refuse the delivery and MAY BE they will credit some of the $.
I called my bank but was unable to file a claim since transaction was still pending. I have to wait until it settles. Bank advised to ship it back save a copy of receipt. There should be 15 days for a refund. The bank promised to go after the transaction if the $ is not credited back in 15 business days. What a pain!!!

Please do not order anything from the Swivel Store!!!
