Charged my without my approval or knowledge

I was looking at the Swivel Store online. Planning to purchase I began to fill out an order form. First of all, each screen I went to tried to sell me more stuff plus S&H. After declining everything finally got to the bottom line - a $19.99 plastic item with $17.00 shipping. I immediately deleted the page, never submitting an order. Now I fibd out my debit card was charged $36.00! For something I never ordered
