I also sent a pair of vintage glasses to Frame Fixers for repair. Three months have passed and I still don't have them back. They do not respond to e-mails or phone calls. They claim to be open from 9 A.M. To 9 P.M. My credit card was charged back in June and I do not have my glasses back. Oh, let me take that back. I did get a response to one of my e-mails. I was told that "there is nothing sinister going on." The repairs had been done, but for some reason they have been sitting on the to be sent out desk with a Hold tag on them. The gentlemen (August Cornell) was going to look into the matter and get me an answer. Well, that was 3 weeks ago, and I have not heard anything. I have written to them 2 times since the initial response and nothing.
