The communication from this company is horribly poor. They promise to call back and never do. They promise to e-mail and never do. And that is all before you actually have a problem. They booked several international tickets for me before I fell ill and collapsed. I did testing and was medically unfit to fly with the documentaiotn to prove it. I sent them the doctor's note and asked to help process refunds since they booked the tickets and charged me $175 to do so. I called every few weeks and the reponse was always the same. "We have a call into the airline, we'll call you back." They never do. This started in August and I still don't have a refund for my $5,000. They won't return e-mail and I don't even have the contact details to get the refunds myself.
