I clicked on a link on Facebook for the $1.99 free trial offer for the Juveneu cream. On th 18/08 my account was charged with the amount of $1.99. Then on the 2nd of September a further amount of
$84.71 was taken out of my account. At this date I had not received anything from them. I sent an email to them in regards to this charge. Have not heard from them. Then a further amount of $89.66 was taken out of my account. I had received a bottle of the cream, in a yellow padded envelope with no paperwork whatsoever with it. This I received between the 2 larger amounts that I had been charged. I then looked into my account and had noticed that the first amount was taken out. That was when I sent the first email, of which I have heard nothing. When I saw the 2nd amount come out I sent them a rather nasty email and then phoned them. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Mayette, on the 20th of September and went off. They have reimbursed the second amount that was charged and she said that she would get someone to phone me about the second charge. I have not heard anything from them. The phone number I got them on was (02) 91912787 This is a number I phoned them on from Australia. I will never ever get suckered into anything like this ever again. I have also notified my bank.
