On 10-3-11 I went to PlanetRx.com's website to buy primatene mist (10)/aqufresh extreme clean toothpaste (3)/ and halls cough lozenges (1bx)/ mucinex extended tablets (40 tab) (1bx), the total was 238.36 dollards. On the website each item had IN STOCK ORDER TODAY by it, so I ordered. The first thing that made me start worrying was when on 10-4-11 my debit card showed that the 238.36 had been deducted. Over the years I have done a lot of shopping online and the standard policy is to deduct after shipping. I sent PlanetRx an e-mail on 10-4-11 requesting why had they did this, NO RESPONES FROM THEM, until 10-14-11. The e-mail that they sent, was to tell me that everything that I had ordered was back ordered and would take 2 to 4 week, no mention of my e-mail. I went to their website and all the items that I ordered were still the same (IN STOCK ORDER TODAY); this did not change until 10-29-11 and that was only for the Primatene Mist was not on the website. I then e-mailed on 10-14-11 and asked them to cancel my order and refund all of my money because they had nothing in stock and I needed the items ASAP, I recevied an e-mail on 10-20-11 saying that the order was at the warehouse and they were awaiting a responce from them to confirm cancellation, I should hear from them in 3 to 7 days. I have heard nothing from them since.
