I purchased a gas fireplace insert with blower and remote control attachment in November. I called and spoke to a very nice staff member regarding the blower model needed. Once confirmed I placed my order online. A few days went by and my order was received bundled nicely on a pallet. I performed the install myself and did not have any issues requiring customer support.
