I have no freaken way how this company got my bank information and electronically drafted $99.49 out my account. I'm very very pissed off right now because I didn't authorize the transaction and I certainly didn't know this company existed and I didn't speak to anyone before they tampered with my account. I contacted these a@ wholes after I got off the phone with my bank and they're saying something about an order number to track your purchase... (dahhh) I didn't order anything! Then a representaive finally gets on the phone to tell me absolutely nothing that I wanted to hear and I demanded to talk to someone in management and she said that they are just a call center and she will take down my complaint and a supervisor will contact me. Such crap because they are scammers and I wouldn't deal with them if they were the last company on earth. I've authorize my bank to investigate them for fraud and I have to close this account that I've had for years due to this company (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!
