I had recieved an overdraft fee from my bank of 31.00 when I checked my account on line, I found that I had been charged twice for something I didn't authorize. The first was 1.95, then on 1/24/08 I was charged 39.95 for something I did not order nor wanted. I filed a complaint with my bank and tried to call the 866 number but only got a recording, I hung up and tried again, still no luck. I wouldn't have made a big deal out of this but I am on disability and only get a small amount of money each month. I can't afford this or to have a negitive in my check book.
