An unauthorized check was electronically deposited into my checking account on August 31. Looking over my bank statement and noticing this unusual transaction, I phoned the company and informed them that I did not order anything from them and that I wanted my money returned as I did not authorize the transaction.in turn, a representative from this company tried to convince me that I ordered an online magazine service at $99.00 per month. Again I told their rep. That I was unhappy about the transaction, and did not authorize it. I was told that it would take up to thirteen days for them to actually receive them funds from my account and at that time they would be more than happy to return my funds and discontinue the membership that I never subscribed to in the first place. On 9/28, I went on line to check my account and the status of my returned funds only to find that on 9/22, this company had put another unauthorized check through my account collecting yet another $99.00 from my account. When trying to contact them about this, my calls either gets re-routed to a message center, or sent to voicemail.
