I ordered a product and was double charged, notice there are no contact numbers online, hint hint. I had to go to the Better Business Burea just to get a number. I called the number and it just gives the business hours, which I was calling during and no extensions or answering machine. I called about ten times and finally someone answered.
I got nowhere and I always get what I want on phone conversations. I backed her into corners that clearly showed she was lying but still refused to refund my money. I clearly caught her in lies more than 5 times. I am very educated when it comes to things like this and yet she still wouldn't give me my money. I called the customer service line and they reverted me to the customer service number and I said I didn't want to talk to them, let me speak to your manager. This guy told me the manager would say the same thing, and I said I don't care let me talk to him. He said to hold and then came back on and said the manager wasn't there. I asked him how many people were there and he said he didn't know. I asked him if there were over 50 and he said probably.
Funny how there aren't any supervisors with 50 workers. Everything I asked I was just reverted to the customers service line. I easily cought these guys in 15-20 obvious lies about simple business questions.
I looked up the domain name to see who it was registered to and it gave an apartment address. I called the number and it was disconnected.
I almost gaurantee that these guys are running a business out ot there house with no physical storefront. They probably only mail advertisements out of state to ensure that no one shows up to there physical address. No one ever gets paid the 50 dollars or refund when the product doesn't work. There is no way to get your money back unless you threaten to sue.
I have contacted the BBB and have also called the Boca Ranton Police Department. If anyone would like to sue these idiots and has the money to do so
