I order the lipoban in August. When I received it, I got another letter telling me that I needed to use carboban with it. I ordered it, but when I received it, it was another 3 month supply of lipoban. I sent it back with a letter stating that I wanted the carboban.
They sent me a letter telling me that they were sorry that I didn't lose the weight that I wanted and they would gladly give me a refund. I sent back the information with all the pills for a full refund. Again I got a letter with an apology that sometimes people didn't lose the weight that was expected. I faxed the information in with a letter stating that I wanted my $199 refund.
That was 2 weeks ago and I also sent in the letter. I tried calling the ordering number and they tell me that it has been disconnected and the customer service number also has been disconnected. I need help getting my refund.
