Steve Blackmon has failed to support his daughter, Kimberly (dob 3-2-87) for much of her life. Mr. Blackmon is now in arrears of over $21,000.00. His actions and behaviour display that he has no intention of providing what is ethically and morally right for his own flesh and blood. He seems to think he is above and beyond the reach of a court of law.
