When I received my July credit card statement, I saw $18.95 charge from LookUpLtd and called them. They said I had authorized it, I argued with them that I had not, and after much back and forth, including threatening them with going to my credit card company to put them in dispute, they agreed to credit me part — I insisted I wanted the entire amount credited, and he finally agreed he would. However, when I received my August statement, while the credit was there for $18.95, they had again charged me another $18.95. I called my credit card company and they said the credit was against the August charge and they could do nothing about the July charge. I tried to call LookUp and got the message "phone service was unavailable at this time". I tried their website and it said it was down. I will keep trying both the website and the phone, but I imagine they are gone for good.
