Ordered free trial of product, decided I didn't want it anymore but get the run around in regards to cancelling. Meanwhile, this company charges my card for a reorder. Left 3 voicemails and none have been returned. There order line picks right up, but there cancellation line is ALWAYS "experiencing higher than normal" calls. This sound very deliberate to me.
