I purchased what I believe to be a FREE SAMPLE for 1.95 shipping for Lucky Brite and 1.95 Vitality Smile. I was interested in trying their product before getting fully involved. Unfortunately I did not see the small print that said if I did not contact them within 7 days with a "returned unopened" sample my account would be debited monthly for both products, to the tune of $78.00 & $200 a month. Two things saved me, I used a Credit Card not a debit card, and I was close to my purchasing limit on my credit card, so "Lucky Brite" got nothing more from me then the original $1.95. However, the vitality smile product shipped to my po box and I didnt get to my box in a timely manner, so Lucky Brite debited my account $78.00 for the monthly product and $49.00 for the "FREE SAMPLE". I canceled my credit card account with fraud, and I have been disputing these charges ever since with my credit card company... To the tune of 11 seperate deductions / additions to my credit card account thru out the whole dispute case over 4 months. I now have 2x case numbers with the credit card company. Sad thing... I looked this company up on the better business bureau before I submitted my order... I wish these RIP OFF REPORTS were out there in February... So hopefully I can save someone else from what a horrible scam... I spoke to one of the representatives from this company. Sad they sound like normal working people... I would be mortified to work for a company that sells a product based on these type of tactics... Obviously their product isnt good enough to sell legitametely... And curiously. How can you test a FREE SAMPLE if you decide you dont like the sample and want to return it... They state the product cannot be opened to return. Please be aware of Vitality Smile & Lucky Brite and read the small print.
