Ordered a computer online. Ordered it in pink with specific hardware installed. Received it in black and disappointed my wife. Have received two computer generated emails saying "We've received your message and look forward to serving you as soon as possible. As of now we are experiencing unexpected high email volume due to festive season, this may delay the response to your request for assistance."
Pretty sad that they are talking about Holidays in March. I wonder if I will ever hear from them?
