They promised a 24 hr turn around time for my divorce document. After 48 hrs, I called and spoke withw the vice president of operations thatwho rold me "That's weird, obody has started on your document yet. I get it started rigt away. Fast forward 24 hours later... Still no document. So I emaild tem only to get tis reply "Non of our german translators want to work on your document. I am not sure when it will be ready. We can issue a refund. Yes I was shocked and requeated a refund. I ten oredered my doc from another company. The real kicker is thatFox then translated my document instead of giving my refund. So nowI have paid for 2 translations. I am stll going to figt for my refund. Wish me luck
