After waiting the better part of two weeks for the item that I ordered (a back up drive/viewer) to be shipped and having to contact the store twice to ensure that it was shipped, I was quite dismayed (another week later) to find that the item I was shipped was incorrect.

I was sent an older inferior model (in an open box with a missing part) that is selling NIB for $60 less, but still of course charged me for the original item... The company's best offer to set it right was to discount the inferior (and opened) item by $10 (which is only a little more than 5%...) Of course the model I originally ordered is no longer available so they cannot simply exchange it for the correct one. I find the offer to be totally unacceptable and will be returning the item. I will be highly upset and post again if I am not given a full refund without any stocking fees or shipping fees deducted and will certainly be contacting the BBB and my credit card company if that comes to pass.
