Ordered spare bulb for a Panasonic PT-AX100U for a public library. Received box from B&H and put it in storage cabinet. Months latter went to change bulb only to discover someone at B&H shipped a bulb for a model PTAE900U. Is this the way B&H dispenses of overstocked merchandise sitting on someone else's shelf as return time expires? FYI. I had the owners manual in my hand when I ordered the bulb. I did not order the item shipped. Exchanging this item for the correct item is not to much to ask, since this IS a consumable item. I don't want to hear about all the other peoples wonderful experienced with B&H... This is mistake on their part and they need to fix it! Anyone would expect as much.
