My sister came to visit from another state and we shopped at The Flatiron mall in Broomfield on Friday 9/16. She purchased a casual sundress from Fusion Federation clothing store for $75.90. This was our first time shopping at this store. When we returned home she tried on the dress and it had some design flaws and a terrible uncomfortable fit. The fabric was low-quality and cheaply made. We drove back to the Mall (9/18) to return the dress that was never worn and all tags where still attached. We talked to the manager; Natasha and explained the situation then asked to return the dress. She informed us that we could not return any dresses due to the fact that they have a large number of young girls purchasing party dresses wearing them for a night and returning them the next day. My sister and I are over 40 years old and the dress she purchased was clearly not a party dress. It is not posted anywhere indicating "all sales are final" and at no time did the sales staff make any indication of such. Natasha was very nasty & defensive, she said she called the owner "Chau" and would not let us return the dress. This is completely ridiculous and a great example of poor customer service, at best! Now my sister owns a dress she can never wear and out 75.00!!
