Lost Card Charges Charged Off, Account Sold, Calls Continue

I lost my Citibank card, and they said all the charges made were mine. They charged off $16.999.99, then sold the account to NCO Financial, and they keep calling to get their money, which is a charged-off account I lost.

Citibank and NCO Financial are crooked cheaters.
