Ordered 2 32gb HP touchpad tablets from this web site that claimed to have them on order. They took money for preorder and claimed the tablets would ship august 30th.
The items did not ship. The order was removed from their web site's account page around september 10th.
Since then i have filed claims with paypal and am going to file a fraud report with the US internet crime agency at www.ic3. Gov.
The company claims to be out of Lockport, NY. Specifically 331 Market St, Lockport, NY, 14094 according to trustguard security.
I recommend that anyone who tried to purchase these pre order tablets file a report with with ic3. Gov and attempt to recover their lost funds by filing a claim with their payment method (paypal or google checkout, etc)
