I also fell victim to this fraudulent company when I ordered a pair of shoes. I got a pink sponge! Anybody need one? Seriously, I also was fortunate to have used PayPal. I filed a dispute in the Resolution Center. However, the "seller" confirmed shipment to PayPal so PayPal closed the case. I have just contacted the Resolution Center and they refunded my money. These guys are good. I'll give them that. What they appear to be doing is verifying that they did ship to us (PayPal would have no way of knowing we were getting sponges and shower caps) and therefore PayPal closes the case and they get to keep their site up and running in order to scan others, like they did all of us. Their phone number is not valid. They do not respond to emails. HOWEVER, PayPal suggested I contact www.ic3. Gov and report the Internet crime. I have done so and hope you will take the time to do the same. We have to get this company shut down and off the web. They will pop up somewhere else under another fraudulent name, unfortunately, but we have to fight diligently to stop Internet fraud and crime. And this is a crime. It's called theft, fraud, etc. Good luck to all!!
