I Sent emails for weeks. I was told they would search for the part i needed. Then they told me the y no longer made that recliner. Which they do still make it but under another name. I offered to buy another recliner at wholesale cost. No response to that. Then i was told i had not furnished enough evidence that it was broken although i went into detail how all the black metal parts and some of the springs was broken. I asked to talk to the manager and that the company had to honor the warranty. Finally i turned it over to the Better Business Bureau with no results. I will never buy a jackson or Catnapper product again.
I have thought about writing every company that sells this companies products and show them all the emails i still have of how this company handles business. Stay way no matter how beautiful their products look.
