I ordered one item from them and they took out of my account 145.00 and still waiting. I sent back all the packages 5-10-09. Still waiting for refund

I ordered one piece of jewerlry for 9.00. Did not say anything about 68.00 membership. They sent out another item the next day that i didn't order. They took out 145.00. I sent back the stuff on5-13. I am still waiting for the refund. On the refund policy it says 7-10 business day and when i call they say 2 billing cycles. Its been long enough. Why are they hold my money.?
