They checked and found my ad for the sale of my truck in my local newspaper (Standard Times Of New Bedford). A person Steve called and offered to sell it in a week (cost $149.00). He told me he had buyers lilned up to buy a Flat Bed Ford 350 of my type.
DeAnna called next and said if I paid $100.00 more at $249.00 total I would get a full rebate minus a $29.00 service charge if they didn't sell my truck in 90 days. I didn't get one single call!!! Four months later I called my return of $220.00 which they promised. It's been over a year and haven't recieved a penny.
I looked them up on line and found out they were scam artists. I found this out after the first few
days when I didn't recieve one solitary call. I called my credid card Co. "Bank Of America"! They said lying to me wasn't a good enough reason to void or arbitrate the charge? Baloney!!!
I have since refused to pay Bank Of America and have pleaded for them to take me to court (the scoundrels that they are). My credit rating has since took a hit because of this.
Warning!!! Stay away from Bank Of America. Capital One and American Express has always treated me very faily if not gone overboard in other scams.
